 | New Interactive FAQ system added!
Since our users range from the novice and total newbies
to vets with experience in a wide range of areas, we thought it could be
helpful to develop an interactive FAQ section where anyone can
ask any question, and anyone can answer questions or
post comments on the questions and answers This allows you to
ask questions about issues beyond the scope of the OnlineHelper.info
website. And since you're not limited to our tech support personnel,
you'll hopefully receive answers, even when it is beyond our expertise.
News articles will be posted on
the site relating to the Internet as a hold. We also encourage users and
visitors to subscribe to our free newsletter and be
informed of updates and other changes to this site, our services and
other issues that may affect you.
As always, your questions, comments and suggestions
are welcome and appreciated.

| SlipStream Accelerator upgrade
Starting Thursday March 23rd, we will be starting to upgrade any
Slipstream client in use on the Dialer1.com network group that is below
version 4. Note that SlipStream is designed for the D1. D4 and D5
networks only. During the first stage of this process, any user with a
client version less than ver4 will be asked to upgrade when Slipstream
is enabled on their machine. The user may decline, but if they accept,
they will be upgraded and thus avoid further popups about upgrading.
Starting on Monday the 27th, we will be forcing this upgrade on clients
running less than v4 of the Slipstream client. The user will not be able
to use Slipstream unless they upgrade. For more info, visit our

The new Dialer4.com network is scheduled to activate on 2/1/06.
This network will provide added dialup coverage for Canada & Alaska
only. It's coverage area replaces the old Net6 network. At the same
time, a new Dialer5.com network group will be brought online to enhance
our US coverage. Continued updates will be posted here and e-mailed
to customers who registered to the
Updates Mailing List.

EasyApps is a collection of over 30 free
applications/programs and scripts designed to enhance your website/s.
Various apps for both personal and commercial uses. From personal blogs
to commercial storefront shopping carts and customer service programs.
Just click on 'Domain settings' and then 'EasyApps' in your CP. Contact
your ISP rep if you do not see this feature available. |

| H-Sphere Backups was added
to give customers the ability to backup/save their websites, databases
and important data to any location they choose. This includes the
customer's own personal computer. Of course it also allows the customer
to restore their data by simply uploading and restoring the backup. The
process is virtually automatic and does not require the knowledge about
individual programs or files. |

| The Message Center Gives
customers and resellers general and important announcements and
notifications on various services like e-mail, hosting and dialup as
well as the server status. New notices are delivered directly to the
opening page of the customer's control panel. Current |

info on protecting themselves from identity theft, viruses and trojans. |
