4/30/07 'Resolved' Possible connection issues with Dialer3.com

Server swaps will take place over the next few days. This process simply replaces existing servers and/or hardware to allow for an increased load and to assure future stability by replacing older hardware.

Unfortunately this process may disrupt connections with some users and cause connection errors with others.

If you are using D3 and experience any connection problems, please contact us so we can place you on the D4 network as an
alternative.

Note that this applies to D3 users only. D3 users have username@dialer3.com in their dialup configuration. This applies to all D3 users in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
No ETA at this time.

5/2/06 'Resolved'  We're having radius server issues with Dialup service on the Dialer3.com network (D3)  that started about 6pm PST. This is resulting in authentication errors which is preventing users from logging in. Updated 5/4 Some users are still getting authentication errors. Network is expediting repairs. ETA is 5/5/06 - 3:00 AM PST.

3/23/06 'closed' Dialup service on the Dialer1.com network shows some random users getting temporary authentication errors. Users should contact your ISP rep for alternative network if available.
Updated 3/24 D1 is completely down. Updated 4/14  Due to their inability to get all of our users back online in a timely manner, we are dropping D1 from our dialup offerings for at least a temporary period. Users from this network group will be given permanent accounts on D3, D4 or D5 depending upon their location.  New negotiations will not be revisited for at least 6 mos.

2/16/06 'Resolved' Dialup service on the Dialer1.com network shows some random users getting temporary authentication errors. Users should contact your ISP rep for alternative network if available. No ETA at this time.

1/8/06 The new Dialer4.com network is scheduled to activate on 2/1/06. This network will provide added dialup coverage for Canada & Alaska only. It's coverage area replaces the old Net6 network. At the same time, a new Dialer5.com network group will be brought online to enhance our US coverage. Continued updates will be posted here and e-mailed to customers who registered to the Updates Mailing List. ETA 2/1/06.

12/9/05 'Resolved' Due to unknown network issues, dialup service for many of our Canadian customers on the Dialer3.com network is temporarily offline. The network is aware of it and is working to get the service back online ASAP. Per our 24 hour policy, free temp accounts on other networks have been established to provide continued access for our D3 customers. Continued updates will be posted here and e-mailed to customers who registered to the Updates Mailing List. ETA Friday 12/9/05 evening.
