How does "high speed" dial-up or "accelerated" dial-up services compare?
Some dial-up services are misleadingly called "high speed" services. They typically use compression software and other means of speeding up your Web surfing experience from two to five times, but can't speed up all online activities (such as downloading music or software). And our 2Wire modem will allow you to build a multi computer wired and wireless home network. Plus, we'll help you setup and maintain it if you have one of modems. Do I have to sign a contract for OnlineHelper DSL Internet Service?
We leave that up to you, we have give you the option to pay for your own modem and opt out of having to be committed to a contract.

Can I use the same equipment I have from another high speed service?
In some cases yes, however, we do recommend our own equipment. This is because we cannot be responsible for a 3rd party equipment problem.

How much does OnlineHelper DSL Internet Service Cost?
OnlineHelper DSL Internet Service starts at $19.95 a month. Check availability for the monthly price plans in your area. Our modem is $39.95 which includes shipping and handling. There is a $25.00 setup fee. The modem and setup fee can be broken up into 3 payments of $25 each if you like. But you'll save $10.00 by paying it all in advance.

Do I have to pay extra for installation?
No, we offer free tech support. In addition, our equipment comes with easy set-up instructions and is mostly pre-configured.

How does OnlineHelper DSL Internet Service self-installation work?
Within 7 to 10 days after your signup date, we will send you an OnlineHelper DSL Internet Service Installation Kit, which contains the hardware you will need to self-install your OnlineHelper DSL Internet Service. The Installation Kit is accompanied by a DSL Installation Guide which will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to: plug filters into your phone jack and install your modem.

What are the minimum computer requirements for OnlineHelper DSL Internet Service?

What should I do if I want to change the phone number my DSL is installed on?
If you want to change your DSL phone number, please contact us first. We will need to place a new order for you in order to provide DSL service on your new phone number.
